How can I tell if I have a MD account or a NY Account?

If your transponder number starts with 016 then you have a MD Account. If your transponder number starts with 004 then you have a NY Account.

I just received my transponders. Are they activated?

E-ZPass is already activated. If you ordered a fusion transponder then you will need to call the weigh station bypass company to get that service activated. PrePass: 800-773-7277, NORPASS: 877-224-7336, NC Pass: 336-214-2076.

How do I return a defective transponder?

NY Account - Go to the members tab. See Online Forms. Click on NY Thruway Authorization to Return Tags (pdf). You will need to print this out and mail it and the tag to the address indicated on the form. MD Account - Call the Maryland Office @ 410-644-4600

How do I update my Direct Debit or Credit Card information?

How do I get a copy of my truck list?

How do I update vehicles on my account?

Go to the members tab. Choose vehicle change request. You can fill this form out and submit it online.

How do I order more transponders?

Tag Order for a NY Account - To order online go to the Support tab and click on the form labeled "New York State Thruway Tag Order". This can be filled out and submitted online.
