The Sales Management Team is looking for self-motivated, team-oriented and goal-oriented individuals, who are empowered to produce sales, ensuring success for themselves and the overall growth of the company. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:

  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for consistently supporting our customers by providing professional and friendly product and service information and resolving issues via phone (60%), internet (20%) or email (20%).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general phone support to assigned customers for all levels of our customer base
  • Fleet and mid-size
  • Owner operators
  • Vendors and agencies
  • Perform and recommend actions to resolve customer issues
  • Provide Live Chat customer support via internet.
  • Create and maintain customer accounts in proprietary account management system
  • Provide shipping and receiving support as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide customer support and education through webinars and web portal training
  • Provide customer assistance with billing
  • Reconcile invoices
  • Explain invoice process and toll detail
  • Acquire payment information

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in Business, Communications or related discipline; Bachelor's preferred
  • 1-2 year's prior customer service experience
  • Intermediate/Expert Excel skills
  • Ability to utilize problem solving skills for issues and inquiries from customers
  • Continually contribute to cohesive team environment
  • Ability to consistently communicate effectively and professionally with customers and team members
  • Ability to work and make decisions to support our customers with minimal guidance
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple accounts in a consistent and efficient manner with a high attention to detail

Fulfillment Coordinator

Fulfillment Coordinator

Fulfillment Coordinator at Bestpass Inc.

Our Fulfillment Coordinator will be responsible for playing a key role in prepping, packaging, and shipping devices to meet contract deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The position also assists with the receiving and recording of delivered product.

What we do:

  • Provide phone support to Fulfillment Center consisting of taking and entering orders and customer follow up, in order to maintain timely and accurate response to customer needs
  • Process & review sales orders from our existing client base along with new sales generated by our Sales Team
  • Process all orders into our account management system while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Ensure timely and accurate shipment of product(s) to customer’s through implementation of our fulfillment process
  • Field inquiries related to new and existing orders; research information regarding order confirmation, delivery, order changes, and related matters in order to maintain excellent customer service
  • Processing of client returns on a daily basis
  • Monthly inventory of transponders and needed supplies

What we're looking for in a candidate:

  • Prior experience in a fulfillment/inventory processing environment
  • Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with a high attention to detail
  • High energy, self-starter who is driven to provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience using CRM software and shipping programs a+
