    Road Map:   

    We are looking for a dynamic Strategic National Sales Executive to join our National Sales Team and lead our sales strategy and execution among key prospects. This individual will be tasked with creating and implementing a strategic plan to grow business and acquire new Bestpass customers across various verticals in the National account territory.

    What Your Ride Will Look Like: 

    • Create and execute a plan for building pipeline and selling into fleets of 500+ vehicles
    • Understand the value and how to properly position Bestpass services with both over the road and service fleets
    • Assist customers in building business case justification for the purchase of Bestpass services based on pilot / POC data
    • Maintain an accurate record of results in our Salesforce.com database 
    • Accurately forecast your sales activities and pipeline on a monthly and quarterly basis
    • Strive to meet and exceed established goals, timelines, and quotas
    • Work with the Inside Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Operations & Support teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction
    •  Ensure relationships with key decision-makers for accounts and prospects are continuously developed and nurtured
    • Travel when necessary (up to 20%)

    Show Off What You Have: 

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
    • Minimum 3 years of solution selling experience
    • Ability to offer unique perspective by reframing and challenging the way customers view their business; know how to structure a sales pitch to highlight customer benefits before supplier strengths
    • Adept at driving two-way communication by clearly articulating value proposition to customer’s pain points
    • Preferred experience in selling SaaS software solutions
    • Experience selling cross organizationally (C and VP levels)
    • Proven proficiency at building and developing opportunity and territory plans
    • Experience in and ability to clearly articulate sales stages and process for complex accounts
    • Ability to identify business targets, secure appointments, and execute a strategic sales process

  • Business Documentation Analyst- Contract Position-3-6 Months

    The Business Documentation Analyst will write the “book” outlining all processes involving our new product line, ExpressTruckTax (ETT), which was recently acquired from SPAN Enterprises. The Business Documentation Analyst will work closely with SPAN employees to ensure requirements and processes are reviewed, documented, and carried over to our existing Bestpass teams in order to provide a seamless integration.  

    What Your Ride Will Look Like:  

    • Create requirements and specifications for business solutions
    • Conduct business analysis and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvement
    • Develop processes and procedures to ensure business solutions meet strategic goals
    • Consult with key stakeholders to determine business objectives and success factors
    • Collaborate with team members to collect, analyze, and evaluate information from multiple sources 
    • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
    • Write and document business requirements, functional requirements, and design specifications
    • Continuously improve existing business processes and strive to develop new ones to improve efficiency

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher
    • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role

    Road Map: 

    The General Manager will lead our new product line, ExpressTruckTax (ETT), which was recently acquired from SPAN Enterprises. The GM will lead the efforts through the integration and will be responsible for managing the product line, the P&L, and partnering with internal centers of excellence to drive the growth and success of the business.  

    What Your Ride Will Look Like:  

    • Plan, develop and implement a successful integration and operational strategy for our newly acquired product line, ETT. 
    • Create an effective partnership with the SPAN Enterprises team to continue ETT growth, spending a considerable amount of time (approx. 50%) in the first year at Span’s HQ in Rock Hill, SC.    
    • Lead the efforts to understand and document existing processes, looking to include Bestpass best practices as the integration progresses.  
    • Develop a deep understanding of the product and help develop the future product roadmap. 
    • Learn and absorb the competitive landscape and emerging industry trends to influence and inform product development, pricing, and go-to-market. 
    • Define and track Objectives and Key Results.  
    • Utilize data to develop and measure sales & marketing progress, forecasting, budgeting, and product execution and engagement. 
    • Work across Bestpass teams to pursue opportunities to accelerate revenues through cross-sell, up-sell, bundling of ETT and other Bestpass offerings. 
    • Provide Executive leadership with regular updates on business performance as well as tracking and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 
    • Optimize sales and operational efficiency through innovative thinking and process improvement. 
    • Build deep partnerships with cross functional teams including marketing, sales, technology and finance to ensure program objectives are met. Serve as a final point of escalation for customers.  
    • Own the P&L and pull revenue and cost levers to meet goals. 
    • Engage with customers and prospects on a regular basis to ensure alignment across strategy, execution and roadmap 
    • Serve as the face of the product line at industry events and conferences 
    • Inform staff of new or changing strategies and their outcomes 
    • Frequent travel to our partner location in SC. 

    Show Off What You Have:  

    • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA will earn you some extra brownie points! 
    • Minimum 8 years of professional experience, ideally in a similar role  
    • P&L management experience highly preferred; e-tax solutions experience a plus 
    • Industry experience in tech solutions supporting fleets or taxes preferred 
    • Team player with outstanding leadership skills able to succeed in a matrix environment 
    • Ability to delegate and hold others accountable 
    • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively present to Leadership Team  
    • Advanced problem-solving skills with ability to recognize and resolve issues quickly  
    • Demonstrated success in integrations and the cross-selling of new products

    Road Map:

    The Office Assistant & Receptionist is an Office-First role, responsible for greeting those coming into the office, ensuring the office space runs efficiently and is welcoming to all who visit, and performing administrative support for the Executive Leadership and People & Culture teams.

    What Your Ride Will Look Like:

    • Assist Manager of Office Operations in all areas of office management and administration
    • Support office communications as instructed by Manager of Office Operations or P&C
    • Primarily responsible for the BP Collab (AKA Bestpass headquarters) space including:
    • Assist in maintaining contracts, bonding, licensing, maintenance, and inspections for equipment/office inventory
    • Distribute daily mail
    • Monitor, order and maintain office and kitchen supply inventory
    • Stock and maintain kitchen, conference room & common areas throughout the day
    • Office upkeep - such as printers, paper, and various other equipment and/or supplies
    • Perform reception duties as needed
    • Answer “operator” calls for the Bestpass phone system
    • Order, organize and clean up in-office meals
    • Set up offices/cubicle areas for new employees and clean out departing employee offices/cubicle areas
    • Assist with administrative tasks for the CEO or other executive leadership as necessary Assist w/onboarding new staff, including greeting new employees and providing the general office orientation.
    • Responsible for compiling New Employee Welcome Packet, including maintaining and updating all included documents
    • Being an administrator for various applications and software used for P&C and General Office purposes
    • Assist with various People & Culture tasks such as (but not limited to) administrative tasks around payroll & benefits administration, scheduling candidate interviews, checking candidate references, etc.
    • Purchase and deliver gift cards and gifts for office & staff
    • Complete monthly General Office credit card expense report
    • Assist departments outside of P&C with administrative support as needed.
    • Other duties as assigned

    • A puzzle solver - debugging code, crushing bugs, & stomping technical debt is your forte,& you have fun doing it.

    • Proficiency in object-oriented programming, relational database design, and familiarity with web application development.
    • Experience with C#/.NET preferred, but not required
    • Experience with serverless technology preferred, but not required. Hands-on knowledge of Azure Logic Apps and Functions is a plus

    • Familiar with Agile methodologies
