    The Associate Software Engineer will have a passion for world-class software development. They will understand the importance of modern, maintainable, and scalable systems and care about the customers who trust Bestpass to manage their data.

    What Your Ride Will Look Like:

    • Passionate for learning new technologies and collaborating with colleagues on innovative solutions.
    • Team player, whether you are implementing a design from a colleague or leading the charge
    • Able to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel
    • A puzzle solver - debugging code, crushing bugs, & stomping technical debt is your forte,& you have fun doing it.
    • Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Computer Science, or a combination of equivalent education and experience

    Show Off What You’ve Got:

    • Proficiency in object-oriented programming, relational database design, and familiarity with web application development.
    • Experience with C#/.NET preferred, but not required
    • Experience with serverless technology preferred, but not required. Hands-on knowledge of Azure Logic Apps and Functions is a plus.

    Road Map 

    Bestpass is looking for our first Product Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team to help drive adoption of our products and services with new and existing customers.

    How You May Ask:

    In this role you will craft a vision and messaging strategy for our products and solutions for fleets and consumers. You’ll drive adoption for these solutions by having a strong understanding of our customers pain points, partnering with our product team to create compelling narratives and develop effective go-to-market approaches. 

    What Your Ride Will Look Like:

    • Own and manage product marketing for Bestpass products end-to-end from positioning & messaging to sales enablement to campaigns.
    • Develop differentiated messaging and positioning based on a deep understanding of customers’ top goal and challenges
    • Launch new products and features to customers, taking products from pilot to general availability. You will collaborate and motivate cross-functional teams (including, sales, product, and marketing) to support your delivery of top tier product marketing
    • Track and report on product performance metrics, by developing reporting dashboards and A/B test plans through implementation to identify high impact opportunities

    Show Off What You Have:

    • 4-5 years of experience in product marketing at a tech company, or similar. Experience with product launches is a plus.
    • Creative thinker that can generate innovative marketing ideas and lead a cross-functional team of stakeholders to drive execution.
    • Deep understanding of industry trends and customer insights
    • Strategic thinkers who connect industry-wide insights to inform narratives and product positioning
    • You have a BA or BS degree; MBA is a plus
    • Team player, supporting and promoting team accomplishments with a proven ability to drive change through influence and collaboration across an organization

    Road Map:

    Support Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing a wide variety of processes and tasks related to serving our internal & external customers efficiently and effectively.

    What Your Ride Will Look Like:

    •  Process existing customers toll data and updates as needed
      • Open & scan mail
      • Violations (toll & speed)
      • Unposted toll
      • Exceptions/credit request processing: AMIS
      • Updates: Transponder; weigh station; PrePass
      • Update weekly KPI
      • Additional data, administrative, & clerical support to internal and external customers as needed
      • Perform customized customer audits, in-depth data analysis and manipulations, as requested
    • Set up new owner operator or consumer-based accounts
    • Utilize CRM Platform for all applicable communication
    • Utilize Wrike for management & collaboration of work as well as periodic time tracking of tasks 
    • Become Subject Matter Expert (SME) in minimum of one core Support Services function to address cross departmental questions, provide training, and/or troubleshoot issues  within that function
    • Assist in onboarding and training of new staff and/or department interns, as requested
    • Update existing SOPs as needed; collaborate on the creation of SOPs for new and evolving processes 
    • Continually seek process improvement and efficiencies and communicate ideas and suggestions

    Show Off What You've Got:

    • 1-2 years working in a data entry and processing role
    • Strong organizational skills and attentive to details
    • Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, and Outlook

    The Account Manager is a critical customer-facing role which provides daily support, guidance, and growth opportunities to our customers. As a customer advocate, you are responsible for delivering a superior customer experience to our customers while cultivating the relationship based on customer journey mapping, proactive account management, promoting customer satisfaction, upselling/cross-selling/renewal of products and services, and supporting customer product adoption. Our goal is to establish a referenceable customer base through raving fans that are maximizing the value of all the Bestpass has to offer!

     What Your Ride Will Look Like:

    • Expand revenue from the existing customer base by strategically providing a fantastic  experience and upselling/cross-selling by being inquisitive, understanding  the customers’ needs, and applying a partner-based approach to sales.
    • Achieve sales targets, maintain, and develop a strong pipeline of opportunities from existing customer base
    • Build a strong understanding of client and industry segmentation, behavior, and insights to drive customer lifetime value
    • Ownership of customer engagement including customer upsell/cross-sell and renewals
    • Establish, manage, and grow value-based relationships though exceptional communication and follow through to ensure customer satisfaction, resulting in high customer retention
    • Serve as voice of the customer to prioritize feature requests and platform improvements during product discussions for Colibri to improve our business solutions using the customer feedback loop
    • Responsible for account retention, growth, and upsell-cross sell
    • Educate clients on new features, assist with extending their utilization, obtain customer feedback regarding new features/capabilities and overall satisfaction through customer surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
    • Actively drive customer references and case studies
