    Road Map 

    Bestpass is looking for our first Product Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team to help drive adoption of our products and services with new and existing customers.

    How You May Ask:

    In this role you will craft a vision and messaging strategy for our products and solutions for fleets and consumers. You’ll drive adoption for these solutions by having a strong understanding of our customers pain points, partnering with our product team to create compelling narratives and develop effective go-to-market approaches. 

    What Your Ride Will Look Like:

    • Own and manage product marketing for Bestpass products end-to-end from positioning & messaging to sales enablement to campaigns.
    • Develop differentiated messaging and positioning based on a deep understanding of customers’ top goal and challenges
    • Launch new products and features to customers, taking products from pilot to general availability. You will collaborate and motivate cross-functional teams (including, sales, product, and marketing) to support your delivery of top tier product marketing
    • Track and report on product performance metrics, by developing reporting dashboards and A/B test plans through implementation to identify high impact opportunities

    Show Off What You Have:

    • 5+ years’ experience in product marketing at a tech company, or similar. Experience with product launches is a plus.
    • Creative thinker that can generate innovative marketing ideas and lead a cross-functional team of stakeholders to drive execution.
    • Deep understanding of industry trends and customer insights
    • Strategic thinkers who connect industry-wide insights to inform narratives and product positioning
    • You have a BA or BS degree; MBA is a plus
    • Team player, supporting and promoting team accomplishments with a proven ability to drive change through influence and collaboration across an organization

    Road Map

    The Fulfillment Coordinator efficiently processes complex transponder orders to meet the needs of our customers in a fast-paced team environment.

    How You May Ask:

    By identifying and working with other departments to ensure our transponders are readily available for shipping.

    What Your Ride Will Look Like:

    • Develops a thorough understanding of various device types used within department.
    • Receives inventory and assigns to appropriate accounts utilizing bar code scanner or transponder reader.
    • Completes shipment prep work: stickering, casing, and adhesives
    • Continuously maintains supplies, inventory, cleanliness, and organization within processing area and storage room
    • Company-wide mail distribution.
    • Operates USPS Neopost metered mail machine operation.
    • Weekly recycling bin placement and retrieval.
    • Greet shipping carriers to accept delivery & pick-ups.
    • Processes returns: Transponder op-te• Dst, De-casing, cleaning, applying adhesive, restocking returned transponders, removal of transponders from client accounts, and external customer email communications
    • Processes assigned customer transponder orders using Bestpass Account Management System (BPAM) and enhanced Mailing Shipping (EMS) Neopost system.
    • Mid-day and end-of-day shipping carrier account closeout (UPS & USPS).
    • Conduct periodic time collection of tasks for efficiency and capacity reviews by management.
    • Update SOPs related to position as applicable.
    • Continually seek process improvement and efficiencies; communicate ideas & suggestions.

    • Prior experience working in a fulfillment/order processing environment is helpful.
    • Computer proficiency (MS Office – Excel, Word, and Outlook).

    What Your Ride Will Look Like:

    • Reviews AR aging to reduce outstanding AR daily
    • Monitors payment status of client accounts; proactively identifies potential collection issues and initiates contact with customer
    • Makes daily collection calls to ensure payments are received; initiates outbound calls to past due customers and takes incoming calls
    • Processes past due payments.
    • Notifies supervisor of problems or patterns related to accounts
    • Assists Billing and Customer Service as needed
    • Generates reports as requested
    • Maintains log with all customer communication within internal tracking programs
    • Corresponds with customers via phone, letter and e-mail
    • Responds to customer inquiries regarding statements or invoices and works internally to resolve any issues and follows up with customer on results.
    • Applies and posts payments daily to the internal cash management system.
    • Mails customer communications including, but not limited to, requests for replenishment, invoices, account status and payment.
    • Reviews client accounts including validation of bonds and surety.

     What you've got:

    •  2+ years’ experience in collections
    • Exceptional telephone communication skills
    • Patience and tact to connect with customers
    • Strong organization skills
    • Strong follow up skills
    • Able to assess, plan, organize, and integrate a course of action to achieve performance objectives.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
    • Service Cloud, Salesforce, and NetSuite experience a plus

    How You May Ask:

    By collaborating with internal and external customers to help achieve our revenue targets and bring demand generation to the next level.

    • Own and implement marketing campaigns for demand generation programs strategically aligned with and in support of marketing and sales objectives. 
    • Research, design, execute, test, and manage programs that include digital, content, print advertisements, and paid social.
    • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of programs and activities on our marketing and sales pipeline. 
    • Proactively engage with sales to coordinate, communicate, and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities. 
    • Oversee our PPC agency and media partnerships to improve our advertising and give direction on messaging and our audience.  
    • Collaborate with our graphic designer on design direction for advertisements in our print and digital channels.

    Show Off What You Have:

    •  5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, acquisition marketing or demand generation 
    • Experience with paid advertisements and working with outside media partners 
    • Excellent project management and prioritization skills: experience coordinating cross-functional teams and meeting tight deadlines. 
    • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with key internal and external partners, and display excellent communication skills with all stakeholders 
    • Knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo (or other enterprise level platform), Joomla or Wordpress,  and Google Analytics

    Road Map 

    The Account Executive is responsible for increasing the Bestpass customer base through the acquisition of new business to new and existing accounts.

    How You May Ask?
    By identifying opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, emails and relationship building and other activities as needed. makers. 

    This is a salaried position with uncapped earnings & growth potential! Our niche industry is here and now, with little competition so if you’re hungry for success, jump on board now!

    What Your Ride Will Look Like:

    • Prospects, qualifies, and generates sales to achieve monthly/quarterly sales quotas. Research and contact prospects to identify key contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
    • Engages prospects through consultative sales practices & programs identified by Sales Management.
    • Identifies and closes additional purchases of products and services.
    • Works closely with Customer Services and Business Development.
    • Engages in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations and presentations. 
    • Remains knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in Bestpass scope of business.
    • Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.
    • Knowledgeable on Bestpass products and services as well as customer needs and  requirements.
    • Team with other associated sources where opportunity may exist to build pipeline.
    • Attend tradeshows and conferences as needed.

    • Proven track record of successful phone sales
