  • National Account Manager - North Central US

    The National Account Manager (NAM) acquires new enterprise level business clients and maintains existing accounts within a specific segment size in the North American market, this role is focused on North Central US (greater Chicago and Detroit areas). The NAM is responsible for utilizing effective sales strategies to secure the sale of Bestpass products and SaaS based toll management services.


    What it takes to be successful:

    • Identify and acquire new business relationships in support of strategic initiatives that are supported by Bestpass products and SaaS based toll management services.

    • Manage and over-achieve Bestpass sales forecast and personal performance plan.

    • Conduct weekly and monthly face to face to meetings, strategic engagements, and sales pipeline activities with key sales prospects in the North American Market.

    • Drive pipeline development, identify potential sales opportunities, define a solutions vision, develop business cases and ROI analysis, and close sales.

    • Create a comprehensive sales plan, which will serve as the road map for developing Bestpass relationships at the National level.

    • Orchestrate cross company resources to support personal Sales initiatives.

    • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with the Bestpass leadership team.

    • Attend Customer Events and Tradeshows as required.

    • Up to 60% travel


    Requirements

    What we’re looking for:

    • Overall 5+ years of related industry experience (Trucking, Fuel Card, FinTech, SaaS)

    • Highly developed knowledge and understanding of all business development activities

    • Strategic sales skills, ability to grasp strategic initiatives & vision of target accounts, to facilitate sales & effectively close business.

    • Leadership, consensus-building abilities with a proven track record of coordinating and mobilizing resources productively.

    • Must be experienced in basic personal computer operation and capable of effectively using current Microsoft Windows applications (Excel & Word) and custom Bestpass software.

    • CRM system knowledge (Salesforce.com strongly preferred)

    • Proven background or aptitude for business development

    • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

  • Service Desk Support Specialist

    The Service Desk Support Specialist works within the Information Technology team for Bestpass and serves as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance. While the position could be entry level, someone with more experience would have plenty of room for growth.


    What it takes to be successful:

    • Serves as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance

    • Corrects application issues, solves network and security problems and identifies common PC software and hardware problems

    • Provides hardware support of PCs and Laptops, such as installing replacement hardware or upgrading hardware

    • Documents, tracks, and monitors problems to ensure timely resolution

    • Delivers exceptional Customer Service

  • Fulfillment Coordinator

    The Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for the efficient processing of complex transponder orders to meet the needs of our customers in a fast-paced team environment. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) "in-the-office" position (not a warehouse environment). The starting hourly rate for the role is $14.30 per hour and is eligible for all company benefits upon hire, which includes 100% paid individual health care on 2 of the 3 plans offered.


    What it takes to be successful:

    • Learns and obtains a thorough understanding of the various device types used within our department

    • Receives and assigns inventory to appropriate accounts utilizing bar code scanner or transponder reader

    • Completes shipment prep work: stickering, casing, and adhesives

    • Continuously maintains supplies, inventory, cleanliness, and organization within processing area and storage room

    • Processes Returns: Transponder op-test, de-casing, cleaning, applying adhesive, restocking returned transponders, removal of transponders from client accounts, & external customer email communications

    • Processes assigned customer transponder orders using our proprietary system and Enhanced Mailing Shipping (EMS) Neopost system

    • Mid-day and end-of-day shipping carrier account closeout (UPS & USPS)

  • Product Manager

     The Product Manager proposes and implements initiatives that drive revenue and user retention while leveraging an understanding of customer needs combined with quantitative analysis to set the product direction for growth. The role owns key growth metrics and works with the design, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams to achieve company growth targets. The Product Manager is an integral role that contributes to building world class solutions for our business and customers and drives a product led, customer focused evolution at Bestpass.


    What it takes to be successful:

    • Collaborate with the Product Team and Senior Leadership to gain a complete understanding of the product vision, direction, and needs. 

    • Gathers and documents product requirements, prioritizing the product backlog and ensuring all product initiatives are executed in line with the product vision

    • Suggests and makes strategic decisions on deliverables to balance full featured product with MLP (Minimum Lovable Product) when business needs dictate.

    • Serves as the product’s “go to” resource for other internal teams. Gathers product requirements, prioritizes feature implementations, and improves overall user experience. 

    • Creates and maintains product documentation. Define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product functions and features. 

    • Coordinates and supports internal teams through the design, development, testing and post launch assessment of new product releases. Balances business objectives and customer needs, reconciling the goals of the business with benefits to the customer. 

    • Promotes the vision throughout the company to ensure Development, Sales, Customer Experience and Marketing efforts align 

    • Fills Product Owner role in Agile/Scrum processes. 

    • Measures adoption, usage data, and business results from product launches. Gathers user feedback and establishes internal feedback loops. Suggests product enhancements to improve user experience. 

    • Oversees implementation and releases workflow and deadlines from a Product perspective. Works with Development and QA throughout the sprint to ensure that the work will meet business requirements and is controlled for scope. Performs quality assurance acceptance testing and supports user testing as appropriate on user stories. 

    Requirements

     What we’re looking for:

    • Ability to convey complex ideas, system architectures, and interaction effectively to technical and non-technical audiences

    • Experience implementing or influencing lean product methodologies in an environment where everyone wears multiple hats. Experience with Software as a Service product 

    • Demonstrated experience creating effective business level product documentation

    • Strong influencing and partnership / collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams 

    • Willing to ask questions and seek out resolutions. 

    • Strong time management, prioritization skills, project management/organizational skills with excellent technical, analytical, and strategic planning skills. Ability to work under pressure and complete the projects by deadlines 

    • Interpersonal skills with a desire to spend time with customers to understand their problems and working with internal technical teams to develop innovative solutions

    • Ability to Product Manage user interface and information architecture related work as well as work around data reconciliation, file transfer error handling and error resolution.  

    • Ability to run basic SQL queries to help inform product decisions

    The Finance Assistant will aid in general accounting duties, data entry/analytics as well as various general administrative functions needed for the efficient operation of the department.

  • Account Executive

    The Account Executive is responsible for increasing the Bestpass customer base through the acquisition of new business to new and existing accounts.


    What it takes to be successful:

    • Identifies revenue opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, emails and relationship building and other activities as needed.

    • Prospects, qualifies and generates sales to achieve monthly/quarterly sales quotas.

    • Researches and contacts prospects to identify key contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline.

    • Engages prospects through consultative sales practices and programs identified by Sales Management.

    • Identifies and closes additional purchases of products and services.

    • Works closely with Customer Services and Business Development.

    • Engages in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations and presentations.

    • Remains knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in Bestpass scope of business.

    • Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports as required.

    • Be knowledgeable on Bestpass products and services as well as customer needs and requirements.

    • Team with other associated sources where opportunity may exist to build pipeline.

    • Attend tradeshows and conferences as needed.



    Requirements

    What we’re looking for:

    • 2+ years’ experience of inside sales B2B experience; preferably selling SaaS

    • Proven track record of successful phone sales

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
