  • Fulfillment Coordinator

    The Fulfillment Coordinator efficiently processes complex transponder orders to meet the needs of our customers in a fast-paced team environment.


    What it takes to be successful:

    • Develops a thorough understanding of various device types used within department

    • Receives inventory and assigns to appropriate accounts utilizing bar code scanner or transponder reader

    • Completes shipment prep work: stickering, casing, and adhesives

    • Continuously maintains supplies, inventory, cleanliness, and organization within processing area and storage room

    • Company-wide mail distribution

    • Operates USPS Neopost metered mail machine operation

    • Weekly recycling bin placement and retrieval

    • Greet shipping carriers to accept delivery & pick-ups

    • Processes returns: Transponder op-test, De-casing, cleaning, applying adhesive, restocking returned transponders, removal of transponders from client accounts, and external customer email communications

    • Processes assigned customer transponder orders using Bestpass Account Management System (BPAM) and Enhanced Mailing Shipping (EMS) Neopost system

    • Mid-day and end-of-day shipping carrier account closeout (UPS & USPS)

    • Conduct periodic time collection of tasks for efficiency and capacity reviews by management

    • Update SOPs related to position as applicable

    Continually seek process improvement and efficiencies; communicate ideas & suggestions

    Requirements

    What we’re looking for:

    • Prior experience working in a fulfillment/order processing environment

    • Computer proficiency (MS Office – Excel, Word, and Outlook)

    • Ability to work independently and with a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

    • Consistently works toward building and maintaining a cohesive team environment

    • HS diploma/GED

  • Customer Service Representative

    Bestpass is looking to add energetic, dependable, customer-focused individuals to our Customer Service team. Our Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are responsible for providing superior professional support to our customers on our services. The CSR works to resolve customer inquiries or issues via phone (60%), chat (20%) or email (20%). 


    What it takes to be successful:

    • Provide professional, friendly & timely phone support

    • Recommend actions to resolve customer issues

    • Live Chat customer support

    • Create and maintain customer accounts in our proprietary account management system

    • Provide shipping and receiving support, as needed, to ensure customer satisfaction

    • Provide assistance with customer billing questions

    • Communicate, collaborate and troubleshoot with internal team members as needed


    Requirements

    What we’re looking for:

    • 1-2 year’s prior customer service experience

    • Ability to consistently communicate effectively and professionally with customers and team members

    • Intermediate Excel skills

    • Ability to utilize problem solving skills for issues and inquiries from customers

    • Continually contribute to cohesive team environment

    The Systems Engineer position is assigned to the Information Technology team for Bestpass. We are looking for individuals who can help support our cybersecurity needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding around corporate cyber security but still be able to focus on reliability and performance of systems.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities


    • Analyze, propose, and implement security controls
    • Develop technical solutions and new security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks
    • Write comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes, and propositions for further system security enhancement
    • Design, setup, administer and perform upgrades and patching of Windows and Linux server environments
    • Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring operations and propose solutions to improve availability, reliability, and performance
    • Manage and track a variety of ongoing projects
    • Ensure high availability and acceptable levels of performance of mission critical systems
    Requirements

      

    Experience and Competencies

    • Ability to manage\track request via ticketing system
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Problem solving and ability to work under pressure
    • Demonstrated knowledge and growth responsibilities in Windows/Linux environment
    • Experience with VMware infrastructure
    • Experience in building and maintaining security systems


    Education & Experience

    • 2+ Years demonstrated experience in      Internet and network security products, including intrusion detection,      intrusion prevention, incident response, vulnerability assessments and      penetration testing.
    • 3+ Years’ experience as a system/network administrator
    • Relevant technical      certifications given special consideration
    • Cloud experience a plus

    • Proficient in object-oriented programming, relational database design, and familiarity with web application development

    • Experience with C#/.NET preferred, but not required

    • Experience with serverless technology preferred, but not required.  Hands-on knowledge of Azure Logic Apps and Functions is a plus.

    • Familiar with Agile methodologies

  • Sales Development Representative

    The Sales Development Representative’s (SDR) primary role is to set up appointments and find potential clients for the sales team. The SDR is integral in the prospecting process, and the Bestpass sales team relies on known and creative methods of finding potential customers. 


    The SDR will use intuitive ability to comprehend and navigate through different company organizational structures and roles, to find the key decision makers. The SDR will develop a solid understanding of the sales pipeline and sales funnel management, with the aim to provide a consistent flow of sales-ready leads.


    What it takes to be successful:

    • Responds to customer inquiries for information on the company’s products and services and helps to qualify potential sales prospects through a variety of lead nurturing activities. 

    • Prospects various types of fleet/trucking/transportation organization to unearth Decision Makers and Influencers.

    • Identifies prospects who are interested in engaging with Bestpass Account Executives via phone or face-to-face to discuss a possible purchase. 

    • Inputs accurate information into CRM database (company name and decision maker names, contact information and standard demographics) in order to properly initiate contact for Account Executive appointments.

    • Qualifies, prioritizes, and assigns inbound/ outbound telephone, email, and internet leads.

    • Proactively and responsively performs calling and emailing activities with minimal oversight.

    • Responds to ad hoc content and support requests from sales team.

    • Assists on sales calls and demos as needed.

    • Meets and exceeds established contact and appointment goals each day / week / month.

    • Meets and exceeds daily activity targets (Phone calls, emails, etc).

    • Meets or exceeds daily/weekly, monthly and quarterly lead generation performance targets.

    Requirements

    What we’re looking for:

    • Proven sales success with at least 1 year of sales, telemarketing and/or phone customer service experience 

    • Associate Degree; Bachelors degree preferred

    • Ability to acquire a basic knowledge of the products and services offered by the company and its application to the transportation and trucking markets.  

    • Highly self-motivated; positive persistence

    • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Account Executive

    The Account Executive is responsible for increasing the Bestpass customer base through the acquisition of new business to new and existing accounts.


    What it takes to be successful:

    • Identifies revenue opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, emails and relationship building and other activities as needed.

    • Prospects, qualifies and generates sales to achieve monthly/quarterly sales quotas.

    • Researches and contacts prospects to identify key contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline.

    • Engages prospects through consultative sales practices and programs identified by Sales Management.

    • Identifies and closes additional purchases of products and services.

    • Works closely with Customer Services and Business Development.

    • Engages in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations and presentations.

    • Remains knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in Bestpass scope of business.

    • Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports as required.

    • Be knowledgeable on Bestpass products and services as well as customer needs and requirements.

    • Team with other associated sources where opportunity may exist to build pipeline.

    • Attend tradeshows and conferences as needed.



    Requirements

    What we’re looking for:

    • 2+ years’ experience of inside sales B2B experience; preferably selling SaaS

    • Proven track record of successful phone sales

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong listening and presentation skills

    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

    • Persistence

    • Technology expertise; CRM systems, MS Office products

    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

    • Ability to work independently as well as in team environment

    • Ability to travel +/- 20%
