Toll Genius Reporting 

The Bestpass Toll Genius add-in provides views and several first-of-their-kind reports that integrate toll and telematics information right into your MyGeotab dashboard. These reports provide insights into tolling hotspots, vehicle assignments, and GPS matches for tolls. This information enables fleet managers to adjust vehicle assignments, associated devices, and routes. The current reports include: 

Toll Activity Map & Report: The Bestpass Toll Genius add-in brings visibility and control to fleet managers by seamlessly integrating toll information into a comprehensive map interface. This powerful feature allows fleet managers to effortlessly view toll expenses for all vehicles in their fleet, providing a dynamic visual representation of toll locations directly on the map. 

Toll Match Report: The Bestpass Toll Genius add-in checks matches between toll locations and vehicle positions. The report categorizes the alignment into three distinct categories — match, no match, or anomaly — providing fleet managers with precise insights into the accuracy of toll and location data.  

Toll Discrepancies Report: The toll discrepancies report is a powerful feature that employs advanced pattern analysis to shed light on potential causes of toll discrepancies. This enables the system to identify and categorize the top 5 reasons (on a graph) for toll mismatches, such as stationary vehicles and device misassignment. This categorization is presented in an easy-to-read bar graph.  

Fleet Inventory Report: The Fleet Inventory Report facilitates a comprehensive comparison between the Bestpass fleet and the Geotab fleet for a company. It identifies differences between the two fleets, marking vehicles as matches, those not in Geotab, and those not in Bestpass. The user is presented with a clear and concise overview, allowing for quick identification of discrepancies in toll coverage. 

Toll Forecasting Report: Toll Genius offers a first-of-its-kind capability for fleets that can predict future toll expenses. By integrating data such as fleet size, current toll costs, and historical toll usage, Bestpass can help fleets accurately predict future toll expenses that are often difficult to forecast. 

These reports generated within the add-in include the option to download a CSV file in a standardized format, which is helpful for easy sharing and visibility to the entire executive leadership team. 

Toll Estimate Profile: This feature is for Non Bestpass customers and is designed to provide users with a personalized and detailed estimate of toll costs based on the specific driving patterns and routes of their fleet vehicles. This feature leverages driving patterns data from Geotab, current toll rates, and uses advanced predictive algorithms to generate toll cost estimates for the fleet. The profile also gives an idea about the various states that the fleet vehicles travel in, and the best transponders use to maximize the toll savings. Users can leverage the data for granular analysis and planning.
